Would Boro really want to loan him to a L1 club with a firm first choice striker who already have 5 loan players, including another striker?

I'd imagine if he's getting game time for them, they'll want him playing more than what we would likely offer if he were to drop a division

Sorry to piss on your chips but I think you'll find that was Rooster Cogburn. James Coburn, on the other hand, was topper in the Magnificent Seven. I don't think that was his fatha though. For the record, I think young Coburn would be a canny loan acquisition.
