They aren't similar. One was world class the other was decent. They aren't similar central midfielders though so it's silly.

Harsh on Gazza mind. They aren't similar. One was world class the other was decent.
AhahahahaaaI don't get the love-in tbh.
I think he has done very well for himself and good luck to him but find him very limited, ability wise.
Average Premiership standard which is still excellent for a local lad.
To me he is the complete opposite of Gascoigne. Limited ability but a fantastic work ethic. Gascoigne had talent beyond belief but no discipline. If I had to chose one to dominate or change a game it would be Gascoigne every time.
Hope Ihe proves me wrong and scores a few against Germany.
She will be f***ing fizzing now, the black and white whore. Can we have a just giving page for her?I was looking through facebook after the game (I know) and noticed a mag mate of mine had commented on some dumb womans post which only said “Knobhead Henderson coming on now,“. My mag mate replied that he was better than the other England midfielders, to which she responded that she couldn’t give a fuck. Now who calls who sad or obsessed again?
Some people are so bitter it kills them.
You sillyThey aren't similar. One was world class the other was decent.
England did a few times too. Its only really the emergence of Rice that changed that. Hes an important part of this England squad/team. Cant be done with all those looking so hard at the few things that he cant do and yet overlooking the loads of things he does SO well. They gan to absolute pieces without him. It's nee coincidence.
If he was Spanish/German he'd get a lot more praise than he does - and for a lot longer.
Have to agree. Nobody could ever doubt his commitment. How Jordan Henderson and England's 'tribal elders' made them a force | David Hytner
This is what's brilliant about Henderson. One of the only Englishmen to lift the Champions League & Premiership trophy. His side has a centre half problem so he plays at centre half. Gets injured a few months before possibly his last tournament for his country.
Gets fit-tish before the tournament, despite been vice captain agrees to join the squad even though it's mostly for morale. Helps with the harmony in the squad and gets fit enough to do a job off the bench.
Obviously massively respected by everyone at England & Liverpool. No ego & Never puts himself above the good of the team( maybe once). A credit to our city and a brilliant ambassador for our Academy.
It's the man I'm proud of more so than the player. If I was working at the Academy I'd have pictures of Hendo all over the place.Have to agree. Nobody could ever doubt his commitment.
Or we could just have an academy that is so good everyone wants to play there......but I do get your point. It's the man I'm proud of more so than the player. If I was working at the Academy I'd have pictures of Hendo all over the place.
The association of this world respected player to our club should be milked at every opportunity so if a parent of a talented young player has to make a choice between us, them up the road and the Boro we can subtly hint that the Smogs gave the world Adam Johnson, the Mags gave the world Andy Carroll and we gave the world the fella that lifts all of Liverpools trophies

We did create the current england no 1 and captain
Isn't one a cricketer though?Childs play. Three England skippers created at 'The Old Showgrounds' inexaustive conveyor of top young talent.
