Worrying thing for me is he throws his players under the bus when it’s his fault. He’s done it nearly every match. Worrying thing for me is he then doesn’t drop players.

He is paid to do something about it though. So far he cant.He sounds as frustrated as the rest of us and he’s right about the number of times we got into excellent areas only to make a complete mess of the final ball.
He didn’t say that at all. He said he had a muscle injury where Flanagan had a bone injury that had healed. So he went with Flanagan
Actions speak louder than words drop the useless twats Burge,McFaz O'BrienHaving a right go at our right side in his post match comments
Same fans are ecstatic over the club's transfer window. Some fans are easily pleased mate.Thought we d appointed Pearsin or Keane the way some went on.
He also said Flanagan was more suited because he expected Gillingham to be 'blood and thunder' or words to that affect.

Ah right. Sorry mate I didn’t catch that bit. Thought he just meant due to the injury it would be more suited to Flanagan

Exactly what my 12yr old son said during the game.." teams are pressing us high and we can't deal with it".Needs to have a go at himself because it's his tactics which aren't working when we face teams who press high up the pitch.
Needs to find a plan b and quick
People are saying what they are seeing in the pitch...no improvement whatsoever.I do worry this is falling into the same cycle as previous managers.
Doesn't start well, pressure mounts, no breathing space, sacked, repeat cycle.
Post-relegation, this is arguably the most pedigreed manager the club has had. This needs patience.

Im usually accused of being a happy clapper.I sense you aren’t convinced and to be honest I’d admit the jury is still out.
My view is that until we get some new players (thankfully this appears to be in part at least being addressed) we’re going to struggle.
If the new lads can improve us and key players stay fit I think we’ll be in the mix at the end.
Whether we’ll have enough for top 2 I wouldn’t be convinced yet but I think we’ll make top six.

Next time someone lists a topic called 'Johnson'..do us a favour and just chat about Ulrika.....
