I’m fairly sure we’d have lost that game under Parkinson.

With the players we had available, taking into account the slight injury doubt with Sanderson, it was always going to be a physical challenge for us.

The way the game went a draw was a decent result and we very nearly sneaked a lucky win.

I don’t think the players can really be accused of not putting a shift in on either team, the reality was that it was actually a very good example of a cut and thrust, blood and thunder league one game. We were bullied a bit but we kept going and stood up pretty well.

One criticism I would make was the number of silly free kicks we gave away.

I worry about our keeper situation because he doesn’t exude any confidence which is a worry, he’d obviously made the decision early on to not come for any crosses. I’d be looking at that if I was LJ, it’s a very important position.

won 6 drawn 4 and lost 2 in his time here. With a squad assembled by Parky on a budget short of shoe string. He has brought in 2 apparently pacey loan players, and has a squad who are nearly to a man out of contract in July.

give the bloke some time man
Well said mate. It’s embarrassing people’s lack of knowledge on football and situation we are in.
7 points in a week I would argue isn’t the end of the world, the attacking play is improving , the squad is one paced and lacks imagination he’s trying to address that.
Got to give the bloke some time to build a style of play and get players to fit that, but no unless we are whopping teams from the outset 4 5- 0 let’s slag him off it’s embarrassing.
The same clowns criticising him will brand mags deluded etc

Give him a bit time man ffs. He’s inherited a terrible squad and had to deal with players isolating and a load of injuries

Hopefully the new lads can make a big difference. Get jones and vokins straight in, gooch back in the side and we will look loads better imo. Then we have stewart if he signs who sounds a different option to what we have

So what’s the point in having a keeper then just to take the goal kicks ??? Their keeper couldn’t do anything with our goals he actually saved the penalty other one was a massive deflection, our keeper went down like the titanic for one and never even put his arm out the other was running about the box like an idiot on the 89th minute

You've missed the point. And I'm not arguing about the fact our keeper is shite.

Sitting in a canny position in the league, a league where we all know the standard is poor, I doubt the fans of any one of the clubs is pleased week in week out with performances, I think LJ got wrong yesterday but all managers make mistakes, hopefully he'll learn. With the addition of the new signings and maybe one or two more in think we'll be there or thereabouts come May, probably playoffs but with an outside chance of top two.People going on about changing manager are just frustrated, I get it, we all are, but haway, stop talking shite.

It would have been a different story if we had held out for the win, pathetic on here at times
No, sorry dont agree.. It was there for all to see yesterday, another rank performance what ever the result was going to be. For me, Johnson fell into making ridiculous change.

We’ve been dreadful performances wise in every game apart from Lincoln since he took charge. He does need more time, but he needs to start getting the tactics and team selections right because he’s failing in both at the minute

Somewhat but not entirely. That 1st half that ended in a winning position was an absolute disgrace from our point of view and many on here would still have called that out.

Found his comments a bit strange today, he was having a go at players going forward, but does not mention we were absolutely shocking at the back today (conceded two and it could have been another three on top of that). It as if that part of the game does not matter to him.If it had we might have won the game as we actually scored twice today.
