Can’t disagree with his analysis but when he talks about making changes I’m afraid it’s the same as Parkinson. He doesn’t actually have that many options available to him other than replacing similar players with each other and hoping something clicks.

Great to hear his insight into how we break this streak and beat Plymouth on Saturday.

Sleep, and make sure you remember to drink water, it's going to be a long journey.

No wonder Guardiola learned so much off him.

That's the thing though, he's putting himself under pressure. Pick the best you have available in their favoured positions and, if it doesn't work- the finger is pointed firmly at them. Instead, he seems be trying to be clever and it simply doesn't work with this level of footballer.
By doing this he's giving already delicate players an excuse for failure.

We shouldn't be losing this many games in this league no matter what stage of the season. It's just not good enough.
LJ just doesn't seem to learn, he dosen't have the ability to change. He wants to play full on attacking but when you have a makeshift defense you cannot play a midfield two, and one of those is not very mobile. We have shown we need a midfield three in recent games, but it looks like LJ is as stubborn as Parky.

Replacing Scowen with Jones.
Replacing Gooch with Maguire
Replacing AOB with Stewart.

They aren't like for like.

Stopped listening as soon as he uttered the standard ‘they’re a good side’....... every fucker in the league is a good side according to Bilbo Bellend.
"They're a good side so we decided to help make them an even better one by loaning them one of our decent young talents so they can overtake us in the league "
bunch of clowns

He should be playing three in midfield, especially if one of those midfielders is Leadbitter. It's the tactics at fault more than anything else.

Jones plays a different role to Scowen although is of course more of a goal threat.
Maguire is as streaky as Gooch and also looks unfit . Certainly doesn’t add any pace.
Stewart has shown nowt to suggest he’d be any better than OBrien imho and the latter is more experienced

Exactly. They aren’t his players. He could have created a get out jail free card for himself. Instead he’s just making himself look shit.
