Johnson/Neil/Mowbray

In my lifetime i’ve seen loads of managers leave the club but nearly all of them have nothing but good things to say about the fans and the club when they go.

Since KLD has came in Johnson has left unhappy about the defoe signing and slagged the club off on public, alex neil the same and mowbray has been critical for a while in the press.

The people who are working closet with our owners don’t like them. They have a model but if average managers above won’t tolerate it what chance have we got of attracting good managers?

The owners aren’t what we need. KLD/Sartori don’t have the clubs best interests at heart. They are just trying to do what Stewart Donald did and get the club back to the premier league and flip it for a profit but do it in a more discreet way.
There'll always be out of work managers/coaches, happy/desperate to get back into work, to chance their arm at a big, well supported club like Sunderland, even if they aren't too keen on those they have to answer to, or the restrictiveness of the 'model' they have to adhere to.

The coach who eventually gets it right here, will be worth his weight in gold

Makes us look ambitious...settle for nothing than best.

Decent point mate, but another angle to consider is those managers may also not be meeting the high standards of the owners.

Whats new then?

 What a load of shite this OP is. It's actually hard to think of a manager over the past 15 years who hasn't gone through a period of moaning, either while in the job or after leaving.

Someone like Bruce was given all the control in the world and millions to spend every window, yet still whined about the fans when he was sacked.

It's what managers do. What a completely weird measuring stick to use to slag off the current ownership.

All football managers in the modern game know they don’t last long they chase the £££££ which is fair enough as they know when they get sacked they have a great pay off especially if your a prem plslyer
AN left Sunderland for the ££££ and nothing else , it’s hasn’t worked out at Stoke infact he’s been a disaster but he knows he’s in for a payout if sacked so it’s a win win win

If KLD/Sartori get the club into the Premier League and flip it for a profit, then how is that bad news for us?

Presumably by saying they're "not what we need", you'd rather they sell and flip us for a profit before they get us into the Premier League?

Your ramblings make no logical sense at all

I think it's incredibly rare that someone is sacked and doesn't depart that role with grievances aimed at their employer.

No employee and no employer is perfect, but in the case of Johnson and Neill - one wanted more time to show he wasn't mediocre, the other wanted the world because of promotion. You could not and should not green light either request.

Nearly every manager we’ve sacked has come out with a load of self preservation shite. The “model” is just the new excuse with Bruce it was his Geordie roots, Poyet said the club had a disease or some shit.

But what they are taking on is shite hence why they aren’t lasting a season . I thought we needed continuity
We have continuity with the Dof model. You might not like it, but there we are.

Yeah it’s a good point that mind.

Aye Stokoe, McMenemy, Durban, Smith etc were gushing in their praise of the owners

Johnson was a bluffer who was found out, rightfully disposed, where is he now?

Neil was out of work, knew the model, happy to work on it then pissed off when better salary came along, how’s he getting on?

Mowbray knew and he was happy to take model on, steadied ship, this year performances are on decline, been found wanting too often this year. The key now is to find someone who improves us to kick us on

What gave you that impression? Chelseas previous owners were their most successful ever without continuity. Watfords current ownership don’t care about continuity and they’re the second most successful owners in their history. There’s no one method for success in football.
