So you can't answer the question.
And of course you can. Refuse the clubs access to speak to our player. Let them illegally make an approach and risk the repercussions.
But at least try. All the.kids want to be is a professional footballer. Most at a young age probably don't want to leave home. Show them a pathway.to the first team.
And with your view I assume you would be fully supporting of us mothballing the academy?
Other teams can’t just sign them you knob....
They did with these clowns in charge, they invited the top clubs to make bids, have you heard of us complaining in the last 2 years of an illegal approach no, why because we invited bids for 15 year old kids, parents have said so on here. You're in cloud Fookin cuckoo land man...
If the top 6 want them they get them...
Would any parent reject any kind of approach from the top 6?
The clue is.....They all Fookin left....
Yet they Fookin did....

Deary me. So we should just sack the academy off? You're in cloud Fookin cuckoo land man...

A Complete balloon, how can you except 15 year old kids being told to leave our club for only one reason make a few quid.Deary me. So we should just sack the academy off?
You are totally incapable of answering the question of whether you're happy with our approach.
And you keep saying would any parent reject an approach off the top clubs. We can reject any approach. Why can't you comprehend that? Do you even read what is posted in response to your posts?

So just give up on the Academy, is that what you think yeh.Course we can Fookin reject it, do you honestly believe that's the end of the matter, Fook me man.....stop pretending you're Fookin naive, the kids are 15 man some of the parents want it more than the kids....kudos......eeeee owa Johnny plays for Manure.....Fookin wake up man....
No you wake up. You are constantly ignoring the role our owners have played with these kids. Some may well have left but we didn't even try. In fact we actively tried to offload them. Its embarrassing how you don't even question what has gone on.Course we can Fookin reject it, do you honestly believe that's the end of the matter, Fook me man.....stop pretending you're Fookin naive, the kids are 15 man some of the parents want it more than the kids....kudos......eeeee owa Johnny plays for Manure.....Fookin wake up man....

Hypothetically, If we brought him in on loan would he not in theory go against the wage cap since he is technically a Sunderland homegrown Player or is he too young to be considered homegrown?
Your a total total embarrassment @Mary Hinge or maybe another one who gets in the free box with CharlieYea that's it Bro...let's go for the Brentford model....unless the Sunlun parents wanna see their kids ...
They've all got top 6 training kits.....it's called choice
Pathway is key. Knowing our lot and the way the media team creamed over it he would have went to South Shields after the new year. After a first half of the season playing in struggling teams with fillers from clubs nowhere near our academy. It’s obviously difficult to keep young players when clubs like Man Utd and Arsenal come knocking and inevitably some would want to leave. However if those players were shown a proper pathway to the first team a lot of them would have happily stayed here. Donald and co just saw the pennies and couldn’t wait to cash in expecting not to be here to deal with the issues/ benefit from the money gained by actually developing them.
It’s easy to say “we’re in league one and it’s Man Utd”. Sit these young lads down at 16-18, assure them they’ll have the chance to play and grow with the club and most would happily stay imo. Given the chance of playing for Sunderland in league one at 18 or being in the reserves at Man Utd or getting farmed out on loan and they suddenly have a much harder decision to make.Pathway is key. He will be training with class, coached by better and a much better learning environment.
Your right, sell no direct knock on effect and 'their mess' not Donald's. We haven't got a pot to piss in. More to be sold if our hierarchy doesn't change for a long term point of view.
I don't have the view of we're in league one so we will loose the lads. But we are talking about the here and now, poor performing u18 and 23s, and still vitally learning. I also agree about showing the pathway, but it's hard when you have the graft the academy staff will put in day in day out, year in year out to produce these lads... Then you had a PowerPoint academy manager and a spreadsheet ownership looking at figures not a long term project. All have to have the same views. It’s easy to say “we’re in league one and it’s Man Utd”. You just can't answer whether you think what the club's approach with these kids under donald was acceptable can you?Yea that's it Bro...let's go for the Brentford model....unless the Sunlun parents wanna see their kids ...

You can’t want our FC to encourage the sale of its 15 year old kids, But you just choose to ignore our owners role in that, It’s a shambles.
The reality is informal or formal approach, once the heeds turned ye can't stop it and ye get the best deal ye can.....good luck to the kids maybe once in a lifetime opportunity.....
