Dropping and resting. Both involve not playing but both are very different things.Coincidence Mowbray dropped him last weekend and got the hoof?

Didn't happen, we don't create enough chancesAgreed. He's missed three or four sitters this season, if not more.
Rested him, not dropped. Played every game this season.Coincidence Mowbray dropped him last weekend and got the hoof?

Sunderland promised the world to lure him from Birmingham and now we are paying the price. Hopefully Real Madrid will be in soon to purchase Jobe if that’s the case of to much family involvement…..His dad is heavily involved in his career, was an article the other week how he phoned Southgate about Jude asking when he’d be in England team, whether he has influence on our selection policy is unknown, I did find it strange jobe had started every game almost when we had plenty of options
It does look like we’ve promised to start him if fit, I think he is a good player and brings something to the team, but he needed to be dropped/rotated/rested as his performance levels dipped, we seemed to play him continually until last weekSunderland promised the world to lure him from Birmingham and now we are paying the price. Needs to get the bit between his teeth if he wants to push on - still a young lad though.Good player and has all the credentials to make the top. Downside is that he is still holding the ball to long and that he needs a break.
Can't think of anybody that we have had in recent memory and beyond that, this good at just gone 18.
Some people need to give their heads a shake at times, but he does look in need of a break.
Holds the ball to long and needs that coaching out of him, but the rest, he is big, strong, can tackle and score a goal. All for kid not old enough to take his A levels yet, he will do for me.Needs to get the bit between his teeth if he wants to push on - still a young lad though.
They probably all had wogglesI think it was on the latest Total Sport podcast I listened to earlier that Nick Barnes said there were 40 scouts at our game v Birmingham.
