He'll go for a fee around £1 million.

No. Even with the most pessimistic outlook he's easily worth £1M solely in terms of his proven ability (performances for South Korea and Augsburg), and another £1M in terms of potential (young age, no military service) and another £1M in terms of commercialism (raises his club's profile for TV deals, sponsorships, image rights and shirt sales in the 12th richest country in the world). There's no way he'll be sold for anywhere close to £1M.

Bookmarked (not really but still).

3m minimum, one million is the kind of fee you get for bardsley ...ji is an international, young, and scored goals in a poor team last season...why would we let him go for 1m?

Bardsley is an international who only scored 4 less goals last season and he doesn't play anywhere near up front ;)

According to one of Andy's tweets, Dortmund have bid for him

If we dont get more then £3m we should keep him.

A friend of mine that follows bundesliga was impressed by Ji and said he will be great for us next season.
When i said he could be sold for £2m he couldent believe it.

And if even Dortmund is intrested he must have done some good over there.

We will never get less than the £2 million we payed for Ji. He is an alright footballer and obviously he has done something right in Germany as they are willing to keep him over there. I think about £3 million is just about right but we might get tempted to get rid of him. We will never let him go for just £1 million because if so we will rather keep him in our books and maybe send him on loan again.

I would like to keep him for pre-season if we get bad offers(less than £2 million) for him. He is not a bad footballer, he just needs regular games and his Augsburg-trip must've made him a better player. And we can't underestimate all the extra money from south koreans buying merchandise etc.

Well, if our board sanctions £1M for Ji and £1.5M Moberg-Karlsson the same transfer window, then the next stop is Luton Town.

It doesn't matter if you think he's shite, or even if SAFC think he's shite. SAFC is a business, and businesses don't throw their assets out the pram if they hope to remain such.
