Jesse Lindegard

Almost clockwork this thread would appear. Tell you what @wschmidt have a think about the question for a few seconds yourself, maybe Google what a disaster he was at Forest and how much he cost and then formulate an answer.

Lindegard

Lindegarden Cop

Steve Guttenberg plays Arnold Schwarzenegger playing footballer Jesse Lingard, renamed Jesse Lindegard for copyright reasons, in this loose approximation of a biopic. In a world in which football is everything, volatile Premier League star is convicted of not caring about football and sentenced to community service policing a mob of unruly, disruptive and in some cases plain evil 2 to 4 year olds. Lindegard manages to refind his love of the beautiful game as he manages to get the youngsters to form a half decent football team.

Of course, footballers shouldn’t have any other interests in life should they?
I do appreciate though after a bad season where he made no impact at a struggling club, he will be open to criticism

There is a difference between having other interests in life, and it being a more active part of his life than the sport in which he is employed hundreds of thousands of pounds a week to play. If social media and clothing is more important, then retire and focus on that rather than rinsing another club for 6 figures a week.

Ha ha, yeah great shout. Our current weekly wage bill is £200k for the entire squad, I'm sure we could double that to fit one more player in!

Think like Deli Ali, he is another busted flush. All the talent in the world, but just gone wrong for whatever reason (drink, drugs, gambling or just out of love with football).
He should have stayed at West Ham when he seemed to put his career back on track but chose not to.
Don't think he will be short of a bob, if his alleged salary at Nottingham Forest was correct.
