Matthews, Kaboul, Brown etc. Seems like being injury prone is a prerequisite to signing for us.Really? Rodwell???

It doesn't matter how good a footballer you are if you can't get onto the pitch talent is a waste of time.BSA has been to watch the lad train. I also think he'll know about his injuries. BSA is many things, stupid isn't one of them.
If he is comfortable on the ball, could he also play as a midfield anchor (or at least an option) to support M'Vila and Catts, and help M'Vila have a freer role?
Do you think BSA is signing him expecting him to be injured? It doesn't matter how good a footballer you are if you can't get onto the pitch talent is a waste of time.
Reading some posts on here, aye.Do you think BSA is signing him expecting him to be injured?
No think we are after 2 central defenders and a full back.I'm not sure where it said he was comfortable on the ball, he is a big lump but he can play Defensive Midfield I believe.
Good Player, Id be happy although assume this means no more Kone.
Sounds like a German Rodwell. Really highly rated but based on his physical attributes rather than ability. And injury prone.
A German Rodwell
Hope not made. They do sound like they have had similar paths ! Big club to early, injured far to much
Think we're after two centre backs. Kirchoff can also play in midfield.I'm not sure where it said he was comfortable on the ball, he is a big lump but he can play Defensive Midfield I believe.

Flits between centre half and defensive midfielder anarl.
The only positive I can see is he's cheap.
What on earth do you think you're playing at talking sense like that? Wash your mouth out this instant.Do you think BSA is signing him expecting him to be injured?
A large part of the medical assessment involves honest answers from players...mri/ct /ultrasound can help but in the end it comes down to medical examination so when it comes down to 40,000 a week a nagging pain will disapear until the contracts signed! There is a difference betwean a player not getting a game at a big club because there are better players there and a player not getting a game because he cannot get fit......from that article he looks more of a rodwell than a mvilla.,.so on that basis im out! However you are right we have to put faith in BSA all i will say is that if he does come the money he gets will be depandant on games played so if hes a sicknote he wont get as much money but thats no good for us we need a good player who is able to play till the end of the season!,,After 10 years in the prem why are we still shit?It is a fekking disgrace!where has all the money gone?As always, any player that comes to us isnt going to be perfect. Due to both financial constraints and the fact we arent an attractive proposition for many means we have to look in the damaged goods section, however, Kirchoff has spent the last 3 years at one of the biggest clubs in the world - he was obviously there for a reason and his experience there can only be a positive for a club like us.
If Allardyce thinks he's an improvement, and our medical staff think he is fine, then I look forward to him signing.
