How about trying to use THIS YEARS Financial results as released a few weeks ago, I have already pointed this out copied and pasted them and explained numerous times already.

SEE BELOW .............

"The sale of the properties has extinguished the Club's property borrowing which had accumulated over the last decade - a decade which has seen the club acquire over 18 acres of land, successfully relocate 72 businesses, with the majority staying in the area, and invest in excess of £100m in the stadium project.
The finance has ensured that, throughout the CPO process, the ongoing costs of design development, pre-construction works and the costs associated with the CPO itself, have not affected the progress of this project.
Importantly, this support leaves the Club in a position where it currently has negligible net debt and has financing for the material ongoing costs of taking the stadium project to the next stage. It has always been important that the daily operations and football side of the Club remain unaffected and that the Club has the stability to enable the Board to move the project forward with confidence"
This lad is Never wrong

Can't say i am too convinced by him. Seems a good athlete and he covers the pitch well but we'd have to massively overpay.

No chance he'll go to liverpool even as backup like

1) Financial results are always a year behind. The financial results released a few weeks ago were up until June 2013, which were the same ones that Sheps posted.

2) Negligible does not mean zero, try using a dictionary.

3) The clubs debt is £54.8m as last announced by your club - FACT.

I know exactly when our clubs financial results are released mate, and funnily enough after following Spurs for decades I know that they are a year behind.

But you and others on here are not so up to date with all things Spurs as is to be expected, a few weeks ago our financial results were released along with a statement regarding our new stadium, Spurs have restructured their finances so that the club now carries Negligible debt despite building our new training ground and spending well over £100m on our stadium to date.

Truth is as long as there is a hole up your arse Sunderland will never be as good as Spurs are, despite our shit season 69 points and 6th place you lot can only dream of being in Spurs position as a club, both on and off the pitch, hence the fact that you are such bitter and twisted little feckers full of bile and hatred etc, almost all of you are Trophy Virgins as well a no mark Yoyo club fighting off relegation year after year good luck with that it must be great fun.

EssexFlid told me I would be stupid in thinking that the money they got for Bale would be the only money they would spend on players last summer

If you're not in debt, then you definitely will be after the stadium is built. So this £300 million you seem to think you'll generate, will have to pay off the money loaned for that, plus the players wages, transfers etc.

I've read the below. Your "Negligible debt" is £54.8m.

If you know financial results are a year behind then why did you tell @shepherd88 to use this years result when they're not available and he did use the latest results?

This will all go tits up when Spurs have the stadium (blatant copy of the emirates btw) and still cant get in the top 4. It will be interesting to see what you make of the "negligible" debt then.

So he knows the results are a year behind but then says theres been an update regarding the situation then posts a link to back it up........

A link to the same set of results that are of course a year behind...............

Spurs didn't just spend the Bale money which was approximately £87m Spurs spent £109m, so you are wrong again as you usually are.

A lot of you on here are as thick as mince, Yes the financial results are linked to the previous year but the refinancing of the club was done recently and wont be reflected in the finacial results of 2012/13 hence the club currently has NEGLIGIBLE debt, just what part of that cant you grasp ffs.
