Either a mag or has never been to a "Rodwell game"

Since arriving it's been totally obvious that he's carrying injuries that he will never recover from,
Since arriving it's been totally obvious that he's carrying injuries that he will never recover from, his running stride is extremely short and that's because his hamstrings are shot to bits so he can't open his legs up properly, he can't accelerate properly and he can't jump properly.

I understand what you are saying but have to disagree.

Looks like the same running style he had with Everton and City.

He wouldn't have passed a medical if his hamstrings were "shot" and he couldn't "jump properly"

He is beyond shit, he is like a dog ate some cow shit, then shat that out into a bog of pig shit, while a pigeon squeezes one out from high above.

In other words, he is crap.

He's the original nutless wonder. Cowardly, insipid, gormless, shitty, lethargic, idiotic, pathetic, minging, turgid, vacant, criminal, transparent, shameful and cringeworthy are just a few words that could be used to describe his performances since signing for us. The biggest waste of money in the history of professional football.

I reckon You might be suggesting that Roswell is not an asset to the squad

But other than that you rate the lad

I don't see many people in support of Rodwell (I'm not one of them), but is he really as bad as fans think or do you think he is being used as a scapegoat for our current plight?

Did we see anything in his performance against Sheff Utd?
Did his goal mask the truth or can we build on it?

For me, i seen glimpses of good strong challenges. Positionally, it looks like he is out of match fitness and a few yards off the pace. As much as i dislike him, i can't help but feel he is being used as a somewhat scapegoat.
Might as well accept we have to pay his wages until he's gone and just not play him. Does anyone know much about Embleton? Surely needs a chance now!? Starting midfield of Ndong, Cattermole and Williams with Gibson and Embleton as back up.

We are £100m in debt, he accounts for about quarter of that and he's gutless and can't pass forwards. A couple good slide tackles and a inconsequential goal can't mask that.

How many more games before people stop thinking he will come good at some point?

He looks like a lame horse to me like, maybe his running style is to blame.

It's a rhetorical question, mate.

You would expect him to be more effective in the Championship but he was truly woeful on Saturday.

I expected him to be more effective playing with the kids against a league 1 but he wasn't.

He will take every penny he can from us, probably expect some loyalty bonus as a final FU, then retire.

To do that, you need to give them something to shout and cheer about. I 've not seen anything that would warrant that this season at home.
Naa, you should back the team, every player, each game, despite low expectations.
Getting behind him should give him confidence and an extra yard of pace.
If they don't at least show effortn't they should get the abuse they so richly deserve.
