Are you particularly close to Louis-Dreyfus and Speakman ? Do you provide L-D with financial advice generally, or just on the football club side of things ?

You must work very closely with the aforementioned people to have such a confident and unequivocal understanding of what the club is prepared to pay for players and the budget that has been made available, following L-D’s recent acquisition of more shares in the club.

I bet that they were really glad to get your advice on the proper and precise price to pay Arsenal for Ballard. Were you directly involved in the negotiations ?

The boy is a talent, is the right age, gets you off your seat and frankly is our manager thinks he’s worth the money then I’m willing to take his opinion on it. Just happy the club is willing to spend the money on players they believe will improve the squad. There seems to be a few people around who would prefer it if we spent our money on someone else and then hope that he’s as good as Clark.
 
We seem to have a decent relationship with Spurs past and present (Cirkin) and the loan of Clarke so hopefully Sunderland can secure the purchase of Clarke and possibly even get Parrott on loan (can’t see him getting a game now they have purchased the Everton striker))

Parrott will go on loan but late in the window as conte said he wants a look at him in pre season .
 
Just watched the video of spurs first team back training yesterday and Clarke wasn't on it. Seemed to be quite a few young players there aswell including likes of Parrott who's just went back from his loan. So if he was back yesterday must of been with the u23s. Surely the lads got to leave if that's their plans for him again this year

Didn't somebody say earlier (or in the other place), that he has told Spurs he wants to leave and he has been told to train on his own.
