I am fully behind O'neill....but I have heard some people saying the likes of O'neill, Curbishley are all managers that can't adapt to the faster game now. A flat 4-5-1 can be effective if they all play as a unit, pushing forward together. However our system looks disjoined and the players don't seem to know where the other one is....:cry:

Still we won't go down either!
