It’s Mr Corden and Fulwell 73...isn’t it?

We won't be spending much money until we sell the ridiculously high earners

That is whoever is in charge
I know for a fact Gibson was a high earner but he was leaving anyway. It's Rodwell, Cattermole, Kone, Oviedo who are earning a fortune, a lot more than McNair and Love tbf

True mate I doubt ALS will have broadcast something without any substance.

They also won't have broadcast something that wasn't meant to enter the public domain.

I reckon for the info to be posted as it has been, it has been given to them for release, possibly from the buyers to help with negotiations? Or to give the fans an update from the fellow fans buying the club? Who knows.. but there must be some substance behind it, and a reason it's been released.

We are paying most of Khazri and Pappy's wages

And NDong is coming back

Our wage bill is obscene, I've never understand why people think we could spend money

And this although I expect these 3 to be sold or loaned out next season and probably Kone

I heard 1 English and 5 irish investors were in the consortium and 2 of them were mega rich. No names were given but hints towards Grayken and Pallonji Mistry who Quinny has been involved with recently. John Hays (Hays Travel) has also been rumoured to be involved as he was with Drumaville. If Fulwell 73 are involved they apparently have serious backing from the US. 1 thing for certain is we will have new owners very soon and we can start to rebuild. Even if they do a deal with Short as mooted today about just concentrating on the football side of things whilst he remains in the background for 2 years or so then that is good business also.
This is exactly what we want to happen

I have no beef with Nick Barnes, but it was the radio station he works for that put out detailed information on Monday, before it was retracted and removed
Also he's quoted the "official" line.

The club aren't going to confirm it until its done.

"Hi Martin, Nick Barnes here, takeover sorted?"

"Och Aye Nick pal......"
