I'm so happy that they can give themselves more while central African countries have vaccinated next to no one.

I was talking to a woman from Uganda and she said Covid was well down the list of things ordinary Ugandans worry about. Typhoid, malaria and Warlords were the main concerns.
Not that Covid has helped matters of course.
