Is there any medicinal benefit in certain foods?


Home made broth using bacon bones for stock. Add lots of chopped leeks, tatties, carrots, turnip and any other root veg. Could add pre soaked split peas or barley, or some dried lentils. Hoy in some dumplings if you are feeling up for them. Nice.


I drink hot Ribena.
Although the twats have probably chucked loads of sweeteners in it since the last time I had some.
No doubt. So hard to find drinks without them now. Even "full fat" versions of pop have that shit in them these days.
