Insufficient Privileges

I am trying to reply to a post and it is stating I have insufficient privileges - what does this mean ?

Is the thread you are trying to reply to locked ?

That is the only reason I can think of as your account is fully enabled now. Where is the thread? If it is one in the Gold forum for example, they are all historical threads that are locked. Also many of the OLD threads in the other forums will be locked (there will be a little gold padlock displayed alongside such threads)
