Indigestion



Try to avoid acidic foods, Bananas, Onions, & all vegetables are good, Tea & Coffee will make it worse, Stick to watter for a couple of days ;)
Good call. Also, alcohol. Used to drink a beer with my dinner for years but always suffered from major heart burn. Was told by my doctor a few weeks back that I have GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) and to avoid spicy and acidic foods along with coffee, tea, and alcohol. I stopped drinking my beer with my dinner and haven't had problems since.

So now I just have a beer for breakfast instead.

Start at 8 rather than 9 now mate ;)
 
If you want an OTC solution Nexium is available in supermarkets now. That will settle it but takes a day before you get the full effect.
