Please let this be true, it would mean we have Arteta and M'Vila and we'd be still seeking that Fer type midfielder too because Arteta sure as hell aint a plan B to Fer.

I hope Dick, like most of us, is sick to death of that shite midfield we have and brings in three to replace them all.

All I know is that he's booked in and has had his credentials passed to security to allow him limited access to the building around 8am.

Hmm interesting cheers.

Tbh Arteta on loan would be good, he's not young or exciting but his passing and ability to control the ball would be very helpful.

To be honest, the last time I gave information about this sort of thing, it appeared the lad was James Milners agent.

Unfortunately he was here to teach the U19's about life inside and outside of football, whether they make it or not, or something like that.

Wouldn't say no to Arteta, but he's 33 now and certainly won't satisfy the need for pace that some are demanding in a big way. Alonso, Griezmann, Eto'o are the other players... seems unlikely it's them.

A clever footballer though, wouldn't hide, and would be a bit like a less athletic Ki. Had a lot of injuries last season though, only played 7 league games last year.
