In with the home fans

Done it loads of times back in the day including getting sussed at Sheff Utd during the 98 playoff 1st leg!

Yeh, I was in with the home fans that day, I remember standing up when Bally scored then remembering to shout SHIT! before I thought about cheering.

Did at sheff wed and man u

Sheff wed was the easy one for Norman game and we got moved with shit loads of others to the corner.

Man u was 3-0 I think when Lee Sharpe tore us a part. There was few fans in there too.
Are you me?The sheff wed game there was absolutely loads of Sunderland in there end.We were in the side stand ,in some wooden type seats, surrounded by Sunderland. The Man u game, that full back for us got tortured by Sharpe.I think it finished him.We were just round from the Stretford end on the side. Some manc scallies sussed me and my mate, asked if we were hooligans(we were wearing chipie gear)and told us they were going to do us outside. We were only 16 years old!We stood next to a few other Sunderland fans a bit further up,but as the full time whistle went, about twenty of the mancs were waiting for us at the exits.Me and my mate had accepted our fate, and walked towards the exit where the lads were, when a steward shouted 'all Sunderland fans come onto the pitch, and we will walk you round to your end'.We were ower the moon, jumping onto the pitch, and giving the two fingers to the waiting manc lads.Couldnt believe how many Sunderland got lead round to our end though.I bet a couple of hundred were in their end.I am sure a few older gadgies, vauxie types, kicked man u's dugout over,on the way to our end.

Please tell me you were one of them 2 mentalists who can be seen at the front of the Gallowgate jumping all over when Gabbiadini scores?

(At 8:48 on the video.)
I was in the gallowgate with a few mag mates, behind the goal, half way up, played them of the park, if I remember rightly it was blowing a hooligan and we adapted to the conditions, saying that they equalised late on.

done it at sheff wed a fair few years back. no bother at all but i was with my mam and my mrs.
went in the platinum club at st james' for our derby one year. wasn’t too bad till sleeves had a chance about 5 minutes in and i gave myself away. even in their posh bit they're a bit mental. spent the rest of the game sitting on my hands. was nice having a pint at half time getting looked at with daggers...

Remember both times being shocked at how many were in the home end. Sheff wed felt like hundered got took out and escorted around to the away end of the ground.

Man u had to be a hundred at least

So anyone else doing it Monday? I’ve done the Gallowgate when we drew 1-1 years back so thinking this should be ok.
The away fans ban game? I was there also. I'd never do it again against the mags, it was not a pleasant experience. I did it against Everton once and it was fine.

Did it it for the 3-2 game when Emre scored that free kick.

When Sleeves scored that long range goal I stood up and shouted “what a f***ing goal”.

Instantly realising what I’ve done screamed “Bastards” at the top of my voice. Got away with it but I got a few looks.

I did it, standing on my own in the Milburn Paddock at Sid James's in 92. It was a miserable, intimidating experience and I wouldn't consider doing it again.

I also did it with my bruv, standing at Colchester when we lost under Roy Keane. That was no bother as there were a lot of Sunderland in; and I sat with a mate in the Bradford end when we won 4 nowt under Reidy- again no bother.

I was in the paddocks at the Wongadome for the 6-7 shootout.

Done a few him ends in the mid 90s, when it became harder to get tickets, rather than pay on the gate.

On that sort of theme (in ‘posh’ areas) I always remember an executive box of black and whites above the south west corner a few years ago were forced to stay inside their box and had police protection around it because Sunderland fans were climbing up to the box and even neighbouring boxes even had lads trying to chin them. Stupid bastards had to watch the match behind the glass shitting themselves.
