I go in Aldi and I do struggle to see how they get away with some of it.. must employ loads of lawyers.

Think Brewdog were considering legal action as well, but decided to make an ALDIPA instead with a rip off of Aldi branding - Aldi then stocked it which was fairly great marketing for both companies.

The colour font style etc are part of a brand and have been expensive to develop for years

They probably call them Bruce or Lenny. Waitrose get around it by having a Gervais the butterfly emerging from a chrysalis cake, which costs £295.99.

Probably made in same factory’s too. I visit a fair few of them where products are made for all supermarket chains. Same manufacturing process and tooling etc, often just a slightly different ingredient mix.

A lot of M&S and Aldi products do come from the same factory. Also, I'm convinced that M&S and Co-op have the same producer for one of their yoghurt ranges.

Williams Bros aren't poor in my opinion.
Their blood orange IPA and peach IPA are well nice. Joker IPA is quality too.

Yeah but they’re objectively bad craft beers. It’s not just flavours I don’t like. They’re genuine ‘off’ flavours.

I have worked at a brewery as well. I’m not just being an arse.
