In the Games when we’ve NEEDED it more….

It’s literally the heaviest defeat we’ve ever had at the SoL since it was opened.
I don't care. It's just a scoreline.

Getting dicked 5-1 at home to Stoke in the Championship is a worse result. Getting dicked 4-0 off Boro at home in the Championship is a worse result. Getting greased up and turned over 5-1 at home off Blackburn in the Championship is a worse result. Getting bent and losing over 5-4 to Coventry at home in League 1 is a worse result. Getting absolutely dry botted off Chris McNugget's Lincoln f***ing City 3-1 in League 1 is a much worse result.

And there's more. MK Dons, twice, in League 1. Burton Albion. Mansfield Town in the Cup. Doncaster Rovers. Need I go on?

The past decade is littered with some of the most shameful, most embarrassing results and performances this club has ever experienced, yet people want to get their knickers in a twist because we've been squarely beaten by an in form Premier League side that finished 7th last year??? A team that has just put 3 and 4 past Spurs and Burnley, went to Anfield earlier this season and won 3-0, and is in the semi-finals of the Europa League. Do me a favour.
We were down to ten men, weren't we?
Might as well have been with Masuaku...

But no, we weren't. He hauled Adingra after the second goal late in the first half to shore things up with Ballard.

We just couldn't cope with Amad and Mbuemo, and Mount turned up for one of his better games, which I blame myself for 'cos I think he's fuckin crap.

I’ve been going since 1987 and I think it’s my “personal worst” scoreline at home.

Not too fussed about it. Have to question the defence and goalkeeper for 9 goals in 2 games but they’ve got enough credit in the bank for me this season.

City at home, and Palace, Forest and Leeds away proves we can be dogged in important games. Last night was just a bit of a mental one and at Villa away I came to the conclusion that we’re trying to be more expansive in our approach and left the back door open at times.

It reminded me of the West Ham game back in the 60s when every shot seemed to go in.
Wasn't that Blackburn game a bit like that a couple of years ago?

We had 9 shots, 5 on target, and 55% possession. They had 11 shots, 6 on target.

They won 5-1.

I'm sure it's happened before as well.

That game against Villa under Gus when they were 4-0 by half time.
