Good idea. The betting industry in this country is out of control.
As bad for your health as tabs and booze. It's bonkers.... It won't improve the situation one iota.
It's right over the top these days. Far too easy to access it with apps as well.I'm not a Labour voter but would have no issue with betting companies being prevented from advertising on strips. I know they don't display the logos on kids strips but kids still see it and all of the many betting adverts on tele during matches and it's bound to lead some down the path of gambling which, as we know, can be destructive for certain people.
I agree. The market is awash with companies. Half the ones on shirts and advertising on TV during football ad breaks I've never heard of.Good idea. The betting industry in this country is out of control.
Chuck in all the offers they do now that sound too good to be true. I've got loads of,mates who say "it's just a bit of intrest" The majority will keep it like that, but that's often how it starts.I agree. The market is awash with companies. Half the ones on shirts and advertising on TV during football ad breaks I've never heard of.
You cannot escape it.
I've always that a weird rule. Kids can't have them on their kits but the players they watch religiously on TV/youtube etc do - makes no sense.I'm not a Labour voter but would have no issue with betting companies being prevented from advertising on strips. I know they don't display the logos on kids strips but kids still see it and all of the many betting adverts on tele during matches and it's bound to lead some down the path of gambling which, as we know, can be destructive for certain people.
To be opposed to this is to claim that advertising has no affect on consumerism, which is madness. Less people betting is a good thing. Aye it's fun if you can afford it, but not everybody who does so can.
