I had my volume squat session last night and I'm battered from it. The bench press, stiff-legged deadlifts and shoulder press that I also did haven't helped on bit either.

Squats, Deadlifts and OH press yesterday.

I'm playing football at 8:30 and I doubt I'll be able to draw my foot back to make a pass.

Maybes I'll just go in goal
