Idiots in the background on live tv



One I remember quite a few years ago, my old boss was in the middle of a live interview on the 6:30pm BBC Look North, at South Gosforth, one the lads from the office, a Press Officer, there to supervise the camera crew, etc, noticed as they cut from the studio to the location a drunk wandering down the street.

The drunk, suddenly noticed the camera crew, decided he wanted in on the action. The PO stepped into his path to stop him, the drunk then tried to push him out of the way and tried to get closer more and more keen the be filmed. The PO basically then tackled the bloke to the floor and pinned him down whilst the live interview was taking place, making sure that those watching were totally unaware that two blokes were wrestling on the floor far away.

Was gonna post this type thread a few weeks ago watching the f1.
I was fuming. Some dick on his phone in the pit lane moving around into view of the camera. It happened 3 or 4 times.
