Only one word was in ChineseJesus Christ. I found that post impossible to read without adopting a racist Benny Hill Chinaman accent![]()
The money is prawn crackers eh?
Let's hope they dont takeaway our players etc etc
Not sure of your point. I wouldn't be happy if we sold him to anybody. I'd rather it was 20 million of China's money than 6 million of West Ham's tax payers money tho.You would if they took Defoe off us.

How good are the locals at playing? Will it be like having Rooney in your local Sunday league team?
This x 1 million.Bleating because The Premier League isn't the spoilt kid that gets all of the toys anymore.
My point was you'd care if it was China bidding for our best players. Maybe not I dinar, I just presumed.
Well do you want loads of stars heading off to China? Never to be seen again.
DisappointingIt appears that the Chinese Government aren't happy about the clubs "burning money" and intend imposing a cap and scrutiny of their "financial affairs"

Depends on what sort of fee we'd get in return, surely? As it stands, the players moving to China are still primarily South American, African and Asian/Aussie. Of the Europeans in the current squads, Axel Witsel is the first biggish name to move there at his peak rather than in his 30s (as Graziano Pelle and Burak Yilmaz now are).
