Some great memories.

And if anyone needs to know why we bother going going to games this is why.

Was one of the points of the thread mate. Came from people mentioning the 'Boro ticket price.

Most of the memories on here, money cant buy. The things that some wish they were there for, and some that others don't! :lol:

Why can't this season have more of those moments, that we relive however many years down the line! :cool:

Exactly.

Have goose bumps reading some of these. Class days and hopefully more on the way, like a cup win in may.

I was there to see Marco Gabbidini first game for Sunderland against Chester City it what was a 2-0 home defeat

Was only 12yo and can remember me father saying that this new lad looks like he could be a bit of a player
 
I was there when we put 9 in the scum net in the League Cup

2-2 then 7-6 on pennas

I saved one from Jim Pearson to win the game

When Sunderland reserves beat Halifax reserves 7-1. Brian Clough scored a hatrick as did a skinny little kid called Bobby Kerr..
 
Phillips was presented with an award at Maine Road after scoring for 7th or 8th consecutive game standing in a temporary stand going wild, stand nearly fell down, copper horse farted in me mates face after the game aswell

Brian deans yes that's right brian deane! Ripped us a new one playing on the wing at elland road. I always thought he was shit how wrong you can be
