I've got about 6 boxes on lateral flow test what my daughter has been bringing back from school.

I thought today I'll take a test for the sake of it. Negative result.

This got me thinking this week we should all take a test.

So who's with me in taking a test this week?

Absolutely stupid logic but you are correct. Nobody tests = nobody tests positive and this disease is hidden from stats

I see your logic however conservsly if everyone takes one and the vast majority are negative is shows a truer reflection on the case numbers. Also those who did test positive they can isolate

I'm testing twice weekly as my son is a secondary school. Had my 2nd jab two weeks ago, so testing probably unnecessary but until told otherwise we're cracking on

My daughters just left school now and I've all these spares. Might as well use them

I have a daughter at secondary school so we're doing twice weekly testing. We usually do them on Wednesdays and Sundays. We were both negative yesterday.

I have been taking at least one a week for a while now. Its not very pleasant, but it gives me some comfort that I will be less likely to be spreading the disease when I am out and about.

I have also now signed up as a participant for the ONS survey, so I will probably taking these for at least another year (one per month).

All negative results so far, hopefully that will remain the case.

Same here. One a week or at least every few days. My parents are both fully vaccinated but I'm not taking the chance of possibly giving it to them if I have it again.

It costs nothing other than a couple of minutes of my time.
