Must be somewhere you wack a D.O.B in... maybe when he signed up for his online account he had to stick his age in. See if you can change it.

It will be in parental controls under the settings part.
if you sign into live as him then press the middle controller button and go all the way to the right hand blade i'm sure it is somewhere under there.
