I have always fancied a bastard mind, will make for a quality outdoor cooking experience.
We’ve cooked everything on there since we got it on Friday. Even decent for steaks as it has a searing section.
really easy - just burn and scrape the crap off (most of it as you go into the "slop tray"), and quick wash down and rub a bit of oil on when cool and dry so it doesn't rust
as beery states, very easy for me. the mrs does it
