Miller and Carter has varied every one I’ve been to. The only one I’ve went back to, and will again is the one near the Newcastle Racecourse. The one next to Fulwell Mill is/was crap a few year ago

I can recommend the one on the A6 in Heaton moor Stockport. Great service, I thought the food was better than Hawksmoor too for much less

Completely agree. Went in 1978, couldn't believe how commercial it was.
Hitch-hiked there through America to get there.
Rough as feck in Buffalo on the American side, but much more enjoyable and relaxing in Canada...

Aye. Stonehenge was a disappointment and full of foreign tourists. I was way more impressed by Avebury.
