Hume or Cirkin

😂😂😂😂 is this for real? Cirkin will go on to be a very very good player for us. We've only just scratched the surface imo of what he potentially is capable of.

Remember just before the start of the season when we were flapping because we had no fullbacks . Probably the strongest part of the squad now .

This.

Cirkin is ahead but Hume is a very decent back up. Who could push him if he got his act together.

Similar on the right, Winchester’s place to lose but Huggins looks quality.

Not been happy with our full back options for years.

This, I rather liked Bardsley and Alonso under Poyet but since then it’s been a parade of out of position midfielders doing a decent job or just shite. Oviedo looked a class above in League One but could tell he wasn’t arsed.

On the right Winchester is now a full back who can play midfield for me. Huggins has to get the shirt off him. Only going off that clip from O’Nien’s goal but he looks promising.

its hyperbole shite as per

not good enough for league one? Grow up man

no I don’t

well it should as it’s not true

I think let’s not get into some of your previous opinions anyway
Was gunna say like Cirkin is f***ing miles ahead of Hume

I just don't get why some people cant wait to use Cirkin doing well as an opportunity to absolutely slag off Hume

isn't it just great to have 2 realistic options? and players with potential to improve

Hume cant stay fit, thats his problem, I think he would have kicked on, and think Johnson believes that too. He has lost his place but Cirkin could tear his hamstring tomorrow.

That’s one of his problems, yes, but one of quite a few. His biggest being his inability to defend, or physically compete, and the lack of noticeable improvement in either area since his debut.

If anyone needs a reminder then go back and watch his last appearance, the first 30 mins v Lincoln in the playoffs. Positionally he has no idea where he should be or how to deal with his attacker, and like other teams prior to that have specifically targeted him as a weak point.

Perhaps Lee Johnson could improve him, but I don’t see how he’s going to get sufficient time on the pitch to do that now. I still think he needs to convert to an out and out left winger.

just think cirkin lacks big time defensively. great going forward and would be a great winger, but defensively hume is miles better

I couldn't disagree more with this; Hume was suspect defensively and I'd still much rather have Cirkin play there even if you take the attacking aspect out of the equation.
