Hume or Cirkin

Cirkin was brought in primarily to defend, but also to get forward - having now found his feet he is doing his job admirably. On the other hand, Hume should now know that needs to work hard, step up to the plate and prove he can match Cirkin's contribution.

Hume has his work cut out to get back in the team. Cirkin for me. He’s getting better by the game, and it’s worth remembering he probably hasn’t even hit double figures for the number of senior games he’s played. Both fullbacks were excellent last night

Cirkin has been finding has feet and I'd say he was probably our man of the match last night. He never looked in any bother, most of the play came from down his side and he used the ball very well and didn't give it away. I would never have said the same about Hume.

Not even sure hume is in Cirkins league tbh, if there's not much difference, then Cirkin will sprint ahead by the end of this season in terms of quality.

Credit to Johnson for this signing like, looks an absolute bargain early doors. Huggins as well is looking a seriously good prospect. I'd like to see him at RB before long. I love the job Winchester is doing, but I think Huggins will be answer soon enough.

Cirkin, by a clear distance.

The only thing we all thought Hume offered a bit more of was in running with the ball from deep.

Cirkin showed he’s capable of that last night, and produced more of an end product than Hume would have done with a very good shot on goal.

Cirkin is just a better player. Not even really a question of form.

I've got nothing Hume at all, I think he's got potential to be very decent, especially attacking.

However we need to stick with Cirkin for now. He's now getting match fit and settling in nicely. We are starting to see a touch more attacking from him as well. His run and shot last night was excellent.

Winchester in the mix in midfield is not going to be unwelcome. Would like to see Huggin’s pace down that wing as Gooch, for all his work rate, isn’t the quickest.
