Huawei phones

I’m due an upgrade soon and im sick of apple as i feel like iv bought the exact same phone for years. Seriously looking at huawei p30 pro. Only problem is there is alot of bad press recently regarding them. I havent looked a lot into it but i can see google is on about removing the android services or something to that effect. My question is would you go ahead and still get one or look at a samsung 10 instead with all the carry on regarding huawei. Thought i’d ask on here as i know people are pretty clued up regarding phones on here so just looking for some advice.

I bought an iPhone outright because of 3 reasons.
1 I was sick of my new Android device being not that much different to the last one.
2 everyone else in my house uses apple products so there’s chargers everywhere
3 I kill phones on a regular basis, being a fuckwit i’ve Never gone through a contract with the same phone I started with.


Paying the cash up front has made me respect this fucker more...

Aye upgrade to android if you want something different but at the end of the day you’re going to spend 99% of the time on here or looking at porn. Just get a new battery and a monthly contract squire.

Doesn't frigging work in this house - I've got an iPad Pro (yeah I know look at me) and that uses USB C, but the bairns' iPad uses the lightning cables. Had a few years of not having a million charger cables everywhere when stuff got standardised and now we've got them bloody everywhere again between micro usb, lightning and USB C again.

As for Huawei - I have one at the moment (P20 pro) and it's a cracking phone. I've got a fair bit left to run on my contract which I'm fine waiting out to see how things pan out before I decide which way I'll jump next contract. Apparently Huawei are developing their own operating system with compatibility for the usual Android apps built in but to be honest I think the whole thing will just settle down over the next couple of months and be quietly forgotten. If it does die down I'd happily get another Huawei - the battery life and camera alone are immense - and I have the pretty two-toned colour one as well.

Trump however doesn't want good ole USA's Apple being shown up and has did his best to sabotage them because they are Chinese.

Are the Xiaomi mi 9 phones at risk like Huawei?

Was thinking of getting one of these instead of the S10 but unsure.

Maybe. Guess nobody knows for sure.

If it helps, I’ve got the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5g currently, its going back. What a load of shite!

I’d give the s10 a swerve as well if I were you and go with something like the new OnePlus 7 Pro.

I can't get over that little pop up camera they've put in, think it looks really daft
 
Had my 7 Pro for about a month now and only one thing I'm not sold on is the curved screen.

I hated the idea of the pop up camera but as i never take selfies it's out of sight out of mind and i just the get the full screen with no notches for the selfie cam.

I'm torn tween a Nokia 1 or
Huawei 2018 I just want to kna if the battery life are decent

Hate charging fones up after just a day any info greatly appreciated
