How you ganna cook yer Turkey?

My Mam was on about adding stem ginger and cooking it in ginger beer but I can't remember if that was for the turkey or the gammon.

I love ginger though so I'll be happy with that :D
Sounds like gammon.

Ginger is the spice of the gods. The holy trinity along with chili and garlic. Hell I feel a midnight stir fry coming on.
 


Covered all over in lovely bacon and stuffed with a mushroom and pork mince stuffing. Five kilo turkey without the bacon and the stuffing. We will be four people on Sunday so plenty left for sarnies the 25th and the 26th. :cool:
