How to tone/lose a gut

A very good achievement but how on earth did you let yourself get all the way to 27 stone before you said enough is enough?

I start to panic if I get half a stone over weight, which to be fair I currently am :oops: :lol:

And I've always been overweight, from being young, never really knocked it on the head, always too lazy. Just decided last February that I needed to do something, so got started and never looked back (and hopefully never will).
 


You sound like you're doing a decent amount of exercise but nothing that seems to target your core.

I'd google some of the MMA workouts for core exercises and watch the youtube videos. There are some great routines that can easily be adapted to a workout that suits you.

I'd recommend hitting the weight area at the gym (if you are a member) as deadlifts, squats and chin ups are great for helping you get lean.
