There are various trades that fly tip. All would need to pay to dump that rubbish legally.

House clearers.
Tyre retailers.
Small builders.
They must get away with multiple free tips and get caught once in a blue moon.
Country lanes and entrances to farmers fields littered with crap.

I always have doubts about staged vids. The beating looks half hearted. The van ? Maybe its a MOT failure and they will ditch it anyway.
Plus the farmer would need to be a bit dim. Any real villains could come back anytime and torch his farm/plant/haytstacks.
I could be wrong.
