Remember being in the clock stand in the last season at roker. There was a complete bell used to stand there with his followers who worshipped him and his racist tirade week in week out. I can't remember who we were playing but he kept shout f×+£ing spear chucking f £€@ing c@nt all game at one player until I lost my temper and shouted at him to shut up to which he said to his little gang "His lass must be a n@gger."
Like I mentioned before a complete bell

Spear chucker was one you heard regularly

I can't remember which team or teams we were playing, I think it was a London or Birmingham team that had a larger proportion of black fans than average, but when they came to our place our fans were chanting "Why's the Roker, why's the Roker, why's the Roker full of shit? Whyyyyy's the Roookeeer full of shit?" at the opposition fans in the Roker End.

That was sang whenever a team had a larger attendance than normal in the roker and had absolutely nothing to do with race

What he's wrote is correct. grammatically too. don't try to imply racism if people are just speaking correct english.
The correct way to type it (rather than speak, which he wasn't doing unless I've missed a cool new feature of this board) would be - "there were 8 black players and 3 white players" rather than saying "there were only 3 white players" which implies that 3 is not enough, which then infers that 8 black players is too much.

Its grammatically correct to say "only" as in I have 7 apples but only 3 oranges. it infers nothing except i have fewer oranges than apples.

Against the Mags?

Haven't read it all so sorry if SEB...

On one of the early SOL season review videos we put out you can clearly hear monkey chants as Middlesbrough's Emerson is on the ball - I was embarrassed when I heard it.

Jan '96 and it wasn't racist; it was because of his former club.

I remember travelling to Bradford and Leicester in the 80s and our following singing 'Leicester's/Bradford's full of pakis'. Nobody thought they were doing anything wrong. Obviously, in hindsight...
I was at filbert street in mid-late 90s and a lot of our fans were chanting it.

I am not condoning it but it was in response to the typical 'on the dole' and 'small town in Scotland' jibes that they dished out first.

I'm not saying it was bantz or funny or right but the fuckers went very quiet and stopped bombarding us with regionalist insults.

That was really bad and happened all game.

Remember watching our game against Man Utd (fa cup replay) when Cole got the late winner. As he runs towards the dug out (and presume close to some pitch side mic) to celebrate you can hear clear as day "fuck off Cole, ya black ****".

Wasnt that long ago a good number of our lot sang a racist song about Ameobi.

You still hear the odd bit now and again from indivduals but thankfully nothing like it used to be. Loads of old matches on YouTube from the early 80's show how bad it really was at times. Last i recall hearing was a charva sat at the back of the Prem Concourse during the Kieran Richardson derby game giving it the monkey chant whenever Shola Ameobi touched the ball and during the West Brom a daft twat behind shouting Fenian **** towards McLean

Might of been the same person next to me one Derby game (1-1 under O'Neill I think), hadn't seen him before and clearly had no seat but came to the back of the west stand and just gave nothing but racist stuff towards Ameobi.
