How many slipped out early today?

So you weren’t there ?
If so you should be shot with shit for criticising anyone that was
What a weapon
Bullshit. The whole matchday experience is absolute shite.
With old age, I refuse to accept it.
Up down, up down, kernts turning up 10 minutes after kick off, then up again 10 minutes before ht. Fuck that, give me me a packed Fulwell with my feet barely touching the floor anyday.

You seem very critical of everything other than what is ideal in your little world
Your posts are generally to have a pop at our support

I’d say that is fuckin outstanding & im proud of every one of them

My little world?
I'm not having a pop at the support., but if you are going to turn out, show up on time and stay till the end.

When I was a kid my dad would always make us leave 10 mins early, to beat the traffic. It's happened for generations and for some I think it's just in their DNA.

I will never understand people leaving early to ‘ beat the traffic ‘ !!! When the game can go either way.

I’ve been to 6/7 away games this season
And similar season after season for 20 years at least and can honestly say that unless the home team are getting hammered in my experience we are the worst for numbers leaving early.

We r unbelievable at turning up in ridiculously high numbers amongst tough and pathetic times throughout my 30 odd years of supporting us but today, although smaller numbers than usual I still noticed people leaving after we’d equalised with a few mins left.

Some will have valid reasons but let’s be honest. Most haven’t.
I don’t get it.
Each to their own and all that but I will never understand potentially missing the best scenes you can ask for as a fan when a last minute winner goes in.

The whole fans-leaving-early recurring rant will never be resolved. It irritates some fans, me included, but having a pop will never shame the early leavers into changing their routines, whatever their reasons.
To be honest, what angers me more is the number of fans who regularly leave their seats for the refuge of the concourse/toilets.
There's one guy who sits a couple of rows in front of me in the East Stand who regularly gets up and weaves his way out (forcing everyone on his row to stand) on about 25 minutes. Then we have the reverse balls-ache when he returns. He's off again at least five minutes before half time.
Second half he sods off out of his seat again on about 65 minutes and then, of course, he scampers away at least six or seven minutes ahead of the final whistle.
He's either got a bladder the size of a small balloon or he's a mighty prick of the highest order.
Oh, and he's got a classic Paul Weller "Jam" haircut...so he thinks he'll do. Given his constant trips he could complete the whole experience by singing "Going Underground" and we could give the toss-pot a round of applause!
