I do now. After 3 years in Japan working 6 days a week, and 7 years in Kazakhstan doing 7 days a week.
Football starts at 6am here so, by lunchtime, i am at a loose end and more often than not log-in and work!!!

So one in three you greedy twat.Work them if I fancy being greedy, probably work about 15/20 Saturdays a year and even then I’m usually home for 1/2.
Done it all my life and f***ing hate it. Spend 10 hours per week driving or stuck in traffic. 500 hours per year
I've never thought that working all week to have two days off is natural for the human body and mind. It's a shit deal
I worked 4 on 4 off for 26 years, loved them shifts at first but the older I got, the more I hated leaving the house on weekends, especially the night shifts. Work Monday to Friday now and love it, on less money and nowhere near as much time off but I don’t care. I’m in my own pit every night and don’t have to clart on swapping shifts because I was always on duty for gigs or weddings and shit. My old watch are on this weekend, I’m lying in bed with a nice little hangover and will never work weekends or bank holidays or Christmas ever again. It’s bliss.I changed my hours a few weeks back to have every weekend off. Before that, I worked most Saturdays and Sundays and took random days off throughout the week, sometimes just working all the way through.
However, I now realise how nice it feels to leave work on a Friday night and not have to think about it again until Monday morning. Weekend bliss. I wish I'd done it years ago!
Actually I’ve travelled to the fire service college on a Sunday since I started my new job but that just feels like going awayI don’t work weekends. Very occasionally have to travel back on a Saturday morning from somewhere or travel to somewhere for a Monday.
