How long is the delay before your post appears?

Hello all, just signed up yesterday and tried to post a couple of times, but I get a message saying the post has to be approved first. No problem - but how long does it take? I put in my first post hours ago and it still hasn't appeared....kind of takes away from the spontaneity of the chat :neutral: (although, I suppose, it keeps the lawyers from the door).

posts appear instantly unless theres something about being a newbie? :confused:
