Got to 1 minute 15 and started to struggle; thought i'd best give in before anyone in the office asked what I was up to

Just did 1:42 before it started getting uncomfortable, could go a passed 2 minutes but I'd be gasping. Doubt I could get to 2:30.

Most people can do 2 mins. Take 10 deep breaths before breath hold. When you get the urge to breathe, breathe out a little. Freedivers do crazy times.
