I think I've worked it out. The first time when I was doing it '7' I was leaning over the paper, the number 5 occurred when I was sat back in my chair. My conclusion is extra muscle/tendon extension was needed second time around to complete the '7' cycle and number '5' kicked in....I could however be looking too much into this :)
