How do I contact the “moderation staff”when no reply is available

I was banned on 21/3 and it is unclear what for.

It was initially for a month and then lowered to a week. Unclear why.

I have a PM message saying I was banned - with no clarity as to what for.

How do I reply to the PM from the “moderation staff” to discover what it is I did that broke the rules when I cannot reply to the message telling me I broke the rules
 


For the general information of the membership, the OP used the report button and his query was answered.

Moderation staff have not been ignoring this thread.
