That is copper, proven and tested, around 11 seconds and virus is dead, stainless steel, virus lasts hours or longer.Everyone should be using hand sanitiser really. I can’t think of any way of keeping surfaces clean.
Certain types of metal exert an ‘oligodynamic’ effect which has a mildly antimicrobial effect but surely someone can invent a surface that viruses can’t live on
