Hong Kong

Unless you like gambling / casinos there's really nothing to it, except to say you've been and how it's much more Portuguese than Asian. I love Hong Kong and honestly there's plenty better things to see/do there.

Yeah, we were pretty much thinking of going there to say we’ve been and go up the tower. Were not into gambling so will have a look at options. Cheers

I was there last month while the missus did a lecture. Definitely my favourite city.

Can’t really recommend anywhere that’s not on the usual guides other than Varga Lounge which is a cocktail bar in Soho. Depends if you’re happy spending time with ex-pats but the drinks are good and the music is class. Our lass’ family know the owner, tried to leave after being in for 6 hours of cocktails and got bribed to stay a bit longer with free beer.
Go to the horses if you're there on a Saturday. Ferry trip to see the lights is a must
What’s wrong with Happy Wednesday?

Dont bother with Macau

Do go to both Lantau and Lamma islands.

And do watch the light show from the Kowloon side.
What about The Eight??? Worth the trip to Macau.
