Must admit he's flattered to deceive so far he doesn't seem to have much about him he isn't particularly quick he isn't a goalscorer and his all round contribution isn't great

For someone who was very highly rated at Liverpool I really can't see a top player in him

I also don't think he will make a premier League player
For us it has been disappointing

shite

When he came on against Charlton in the first game of the season I thought he did well. I really thought he would improve with the game time we would be giving him during the season and we would have a good player on our hands.
Since his return from injury I’ve seen most of the game time he’s had.
He doesn’t hold the ball up well, he doesn’t really link play up, he doesn’t go past defenders, he doesn’t create chances for others and crucially he never looks like scoring.
Ok he was playing wide left yesterday but it doesn’t seem to matter where he plays he never seems to make much of an impression.
To his credit he seems to put a shift in but I just think he isn’t a very good footballer.

Thought he was very good at Doncaster like. But he has disappointed overall. Maybe lacking in confidence as i do think there's a half decent player there.

That was very poor last night from him.
I never join bandwagons to lambaste a player and i'm not going to with him, but that was a pretty hopeless display from him.
He was trying his guts out but he basically couldn't control the ball and even stand up at times.
He looks totally uncoordinated and just doesn't seem to have the basics.
I can only assume he's better than this and has something, otherwise how the fuck would he ever get through Liverpool's system, there must have been something there?

He's so one footed it's unbelievable. Last night was a dreadful performance by any standard. It looked like he gave the ball away more times than he created anything, most times when he beat a player he beat himself shortly afterwards.
Mind it was a very small group who came out of last night with any measure of respectablility.

Gives 100% but is not good enough. Doesn't hold the ball up, doesn't score enough goals and rarely outpaces his marker.

Don’t agree with the ironic cheers being sent his way but he stood out as particularly awful yesterday. Difference between his touch and majas was night and day.

That said Baldwin, Flanagan and Maguire were also absolutely dreadful yesterday and have been excellent for the most part this season. Maybe just a particularly bad day at the office?

I didn't like the cheers when he was subbed.
Does no player any good that.
