If you juice you get concentrated goodness, but it can also produce a blood sugar spike. If you make smoothies, you get the fibre. The downside is it's more filling but if you're looking for healthy calories it's a decent option.

It's a good way of using up some fruit and veg that you might have left. Spinach, celery and cucumber can work well, with some fruit and water to make it into a drink. I normally put some coconut in to make it more palatable and a bit of ginger if you want to give it a kick. Trial and error basically.
